What is DTF?

DTF is a new technology that allows users to print designs onto special clear polyester films using digital water-based inks and a powder adhesive coating, which requires curing. After curing, you can then heat press the transfer design directly onto your garment.

If you are familiar with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, you may be wondering about the pros and cons when compared to DTF. Both options are digital and require no screens or art separation (required with screen printing).

What does sublimation printing even mean?

Sublimation isn’t your basic press and print process. It involves an advanced technique that heats the ink to such a high temperature that it transforms into a gas state. This brings your custom artwork prints to life.

This printing process helps apparel hold on to its bold colors for longer periods of time. This means you can wear your custom Beatles shirt for years to come!

Which colors and fabrics can I do sublimation printing on?

Our sublimation t-shirt printing is brought to life on a wide array of fabrics and products.
All-over dye sublimation t-shirt printing is almost always done on 100% polyester garments. But hold your horses, we’ve gone to great lengths to seek out the best materials for brands that want their wearers to stand out with vibrant and intricate designs. Take your pick from four fabrics to fit your style, wearer, and wallet…

Embroidered Shirts, hats and apparel are great ways to help promote your company, school, team, or event.

Embroidery is the process of decorating apparel, fabric, or other materials with needle and thread. In our case, we have computerized machines that can produce up to 1000 stitches per minute. Embroidery is great on hats, polos, and outerwear to name just a few. One of the major benefits is that it lends a very professional tone to the item it is added to. Unlike screen printing, the number of colors in the design has no bearing on the overall price. This makes it a great choice for a design that features many different colors

AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME: 7 to 10 business days.

Digitizing a logo is an artistic process where your logo is laid out in a computerized set of individual stitches.

DO YOU NEED A DIGITIZED LOGO?:Yes unless you already have it digitized. In order to embroider any logo, a digitized file is necessary. This helps us account for the type of material being embroidered and helps customize your logo with our machine. Once you have your logo digitized with us, we will keep it on file for any further use.
